Here’s an example of how this transaction went. I purchased Feb 27th, Label was made on the 28th and USPS Received the item on the 5th of March. Original eta was supposed to be delivered on March 4th but it ended up being pushed to the 11th of March. This is certainly not shipping in the time stated. We opened an inquiry with AEM immediately following the buyer's complaint. AEM's warranty department is sending a replacement pipe adapter, buyer thinks the part was left out purposely. We've been in constant communication with him on a daily basis, but buyer is unwilling to be patient while we get this resolved.
