Better than expected. When they said "new", it literally is off-the-shelf brand new with tags and not a hint of use. It isn't that old of a stock either. Manufacturing date is Feb-2023 and we're now in October but considering some expensive brand-name helmets for sale in stores are late 2022 models, this isn't that old. UPS delivered to the wrong address but not seller's fault since the address on the label is correct. Luckily, it was my next door neighbor and I was able to retrieve package.

    Nice helmet though

    Good price good quality but helmet size could be a better chart it runs a little small so if you see your size buy next size bigger
