Defective product. Manufacturer defect and they are trying to say it happened in shipping, but the damage is in a way where there is no way it was done in shipping. Reached out and they said it must have happened in shipping and because I didn't refuse delivery, I will not get a refund. Also, when arrived from shipper the box was in excellent condition so and the way it was shiiped there ould be no way it could have been shipping damage. Scam Artist. Buyer Beware.

We encourage all buyers to inspect freight shipments at delivery, and refuse the shipment when the item is damaged. We were not notified of this damage for over a month after it was delivered, and there is simply nothing we can do at that point.

My rims came in flawless condition I was amazed how quickly they were delivered. No blemishes rims clean and shiny. The rims were mailed by USPS and the packaging was tight and boxes were clean as well no blemishes. The courier also took care of the rims and handled them with care the whole transaction was carefree.

I paid for hood on March 27. And it was shipped on March 27. As I’m following the tracking as you can see in the picture below this is what I was sitting waiting for. But when I called the seller on 17 April, they informed me this hood was delivered April 1. I lost 17 days of working on my vehicle. And that was not good because I was on schedule with the body shop. So on May 7th hood still not done due to rescheduling. The tracking information was so faulty. It kind of ticked tracking faulty.

This is actually an issue that we have been asking ebay to fix for years, and only recently have they been able to implement integration between their system, and truck freight tracking information.
