The Carb took a little work to make it work. Had to change hoses & pump around to match the old one. Then I the throttle cabe had to be modified to make it work. It was a little more work than I expected. I should have taken a better look at what I had (stock) and bought a better match. Other auctions shows exact match. Just for reference; I have a 2001 Honda TRX Recon. Once installed, it works perfectly, started 1st pull, minor idol adjustment, runs better now than stock one ever did.
