Amazing Quality for a Fair Price
About a year ago I had a bad leak in my brass factory radiator on my 77 corvette. I went to a local shop and got it recored and now this winter I found it leaking again. I called a local shop and they wanted $800 for an aluminum radiator!! I decided to hop online and see what there was, and I found this radiator. Now I did have to cut the lower factory rubber cushions inorder to ensure that it did not move while driving. It might not have been necessary but why take a chance. I also had to fabricate some cutom mounts for the top, as the factory mounts fit poorly and dispite some grinding and bending, I couldn't get a secure enough fit that met my standards. However, this is not a big issue as it's easy to do and if your putting in an aluminum radiator you shouldn't be too concerned about ... Now as for the quality of the radiator I couldn't be more impressed. It's beautifully pollished on the sides and has solid fittings and a high quality build standard. The top isn't polished but a little aluminum polish, and with increased gradiant polishing you can get a nice finish. This wasn't an issue for me either though, as I am making a custom cover to prevent leaves from falling in and create a smooth look. For the price though, you really can't complain too much. I would highly recommend getting this radiator. Finally a company the doesn't bend you over for quality parts!

Solid Quality Construction
Great looking radiator, nice welds and good solid construction. It's not an exact fit in my Corvette, but required minimal work to make it fit well. Larger capacity and lighter weight along with the overall quality make this a good buy in my book.

OVERHEATING?
I’ve had overheating problems in my 77 Vette since I bought it 1 1//2 years ago. After new fan clutch, new shroud seals, etc., I finally got rid of the factory 2 row copper rad and replaced it with the 3 row Champion. Problem solved. Great rad and direct fit with minor alteration. Staff very helpful.
