I received the insert with no lights. I contacted seller and they got the cheapest lights they could find from amazon. (Yes they showed up in Amazon packages) the seller ordered the lights. I recieved the lights and got them installed. The center light does not fit correctly and has large gaps between it and the grille. The 2 small pod lights are decent, but the way that they mount is not right. I had to modify the brackets. Also the lights are mounted 90 degrees the wrong way.
