Bottle arrived with a hole in it, bag it was in was full of oil, box was soaked with oil. Seller "claims" they filed a damage claim. Been a week with no resolution. Seems par fo the course considering the other negative feedback left by other purchasers. Live and learn I suppose.

When we get claims like this, we reach out to the Buyer and ask them to send pictures of the packaging the product came in, the product showing the damage, and the shipping label. This information is critical when fighting the SHIPPER WHO DAMAGED THE ITEM! We have to provide this to them. The people who have HONEST damages, provide this information and we file a damage claim and the replacement gets sent out. Well the DISHONEST people usually go away and give false/bad feedback.
