I ordered the right side trim for my car and they sent the left side. When I inquired they sent me a message saying “the item was already discounted as much as possible and no further discounts were available”. That’s nice, but I didn’t message about a discount, I messaged about you sending me the wrong part. I followed eBay’s return procedure for wrong part sent and then was told the correct part wasn’t on the way because I sent the part back thru eBay. Terrible communication

Great service and arrived as described. It didn't come in a plastic bag or wrapped, just loosed in a bubble envelope. I didn't even know if it was an oem part. Thankfully it did not arrive broken and fits into place on my car like the original part. Hopefully it will last longer than the last one. The price is quite expensive for a small plastic piece. I needed this part because I did not want the hood rod loose and dangling around under the hood.
