It came folded, which honestly isn’t so much of an issue. At a dealership sometimes brand new bumpers have come folded in boxes. The plastic is a little-over flexed at the edges, however I think it’s a minor issue . I set it up, as if to be fitted on to the car, to begin reforming itself to its shape. It’ll be fine soon enough, and great for the price

nice fit easy to install. Fast delivery well packaged. If you are ordering a tail gate with the step make sure you you save the access panel from your old tail gate. I found it very hard to find that panel for tail gate with the step in metal. it was even hard to find it in plastic. All and all they are a great. Company to deal with. you can call them directly and talk to a person and very helpful. I highly recommended this company. A+.
