The seller is fine, product came when promised and very inexpensive yet good quality materials. My problem is that this isn't really made for a 2015 Chevy Impala or tolerances on manufacture are sloppy. The metal pin that comes with the uncut key doesn't exactly fit the old key. You might figure no biggie, just use the old button hardware. The problem is that the old button doesn't fit into the grooves of the new fob - about a mm off. So you gotta chop plastic out to make it work. Grrrr...
