Product arrived as described, everything included. Fitment was good, but some adjustments are needed out of the box, and slight scratches from shipping. FYI, if you intend to have the bumper ends attached, install when bumper is off the vehicle (much easier, trust me). Additionally you will need to Frankenstein the old fog light wiring harness for the new bumper, pretty easy to do as it comes with new plug ins. Overall I'm quite satisfied. (About a 4 to 5 hour install)
