Item was paid in full July 29, 2022. I've made several attempts for a positive response to no avail. I keep getting the runaround. If I do not recieve within 10 days I will be asking Ebay for a complete refund to include processing fee and 330$ for registering claim demanded by seller.

The deed was sent to this buyer. I have been trying to contact this buyer for weeks. He never contacts me back. It is very hard to communicate with his. I have text, messaged, called, mailed and e-mailed him. Buyer got the claim he paid for. Contact me back you you need anymore help.
