Frankl is an accomplished writer as well as a Dr. his experiences and insights are some of the most unique coming from this time period. He reminds readers, both of then and now, that when we hope and hold tight to that hope, we can do immensely more and have the capacity to withstand even the greatest human atrocity in the last century, if not ever. A simple concept, hope, approached from a unique angle, that maximizes the weight of the experience for the reader. Definitely a book a reader should have in their library.
