I purchased this Dual Ab Wheel after watching my son (19 yrs. old) who has this exact same one use it. At first I really did think much about buying one myself...I felt like I was too old to use this thing. My son is quite a "junk food' teenager and after summer break from college last year he started picking up weight; stomach area and "love handles' extra weigh was very visible. He diligently used this thing twice a day; morning and evening. Its been about four months since he return to college from winter break. He has loss the extra weight and build unbelievable AB's! I was extremely surprise how in this amount of time he has "Six Pack" Ab's and his stomach is hard as a rock! Three weeks ago, I purchased this Dual Ab Wheel. To my surprise, I got the hang of using this thing; I use it twice a day. At first, it took quite an effort to roll mid-way (not all the way down) down, keeping my knees bent and slightly apart. I pull up while tightening my stomach muscles and using strength from my arms, legs, and stomach to complete each roll. I have to tell you, I felt some strain on my back but I knew I had to just continue; I'm not exactly use to doing a lot of bending; I expected some strain. This strain on my back has been significantly reduced. I'm thinking because I've got my back more flexible with use of this thing. After just two days of using this thing (twice a day) my stomach was in pain. I really thought, I can't do this anymore! My son told me don't stop using it Mom the pain will go away. This helped motivate me to continue through the pain. It was a decision I just made to continue. I did take a few over the counter pain medicine 30 minutes before using the Dual Ab Wheel to help me stay on schedule. To my delight...the pain in my stomach stopped. Now I am able to use this thing without any pain medicine! After two weeks of using this thing twice a day, I can complete 30 rolls down then pulling up in just a few minutes; 60 per day. I can now roll just about all the way down with my knees bent without any pain. This is quite a accomplishment for me. As I continue using this thing I hope to try a few other positions. I checked online and found some amazing videos; Free. No doubt I expect to see results just like my son. I now find this thing easy to use. I know I have to continue to use it. I keep it at the end of my bed on the floor...I can't miss it.Read full review
