I'm sure this is a very good watch but I had to return mine due to inaccurate data tracking. I was sick one day and spent most of the day on the couch. My watch said I had walked over 4000 steps at the end of the day. I think I just happened to get a defective watch and will probably order another one.

The only thing these watches lack is a good back-light. I had the one before this one - and like it better because it was a grey background and black readout. This one is a reverse of that as you can see. It's not always the easiest to see - but at the right angle - you get it. I love the step count feature - and that's the main thing I've used these watches for. This one has a pulse rate counter - manual - but it works. I would not pay $100 for it - but a steal at $17!

It's okay if you don't want a watch and program that tracks your progress over time. It does not sync with any app and the company discontinued it almost two years ago. Better off going with name brand calorie counting watch.
