The warmer is a godsend to my daughter, who cares for her dad who has Alzheimers. In the morning when he needs to be wiped down, touching him with a cold wipe would be a small shock to him and he would lash out, sometimes hitting her. Still in original packaging. Was told by seller only used once or so. It doeseems absolutely nothing to keep the baby wipes warm at all. They come out as cold as they went in days before. The only purpose it has served is a low green night light while making bottles at night.

It doesn't heat the entire pack of wipes so they don't all dry out. But, it does have some kind of low voltage heating element that makes the first few wipes noticeably warm to the touch so that your little baby won't cry on cold days. Before this, my son would cry because the wipes can get really cold between changes.
