Seller stated "Or Best Offer" as part of the list price. HOWEVER, there really wasn't any room for negotiation. I made 4 separate offers before finally meeting the seller's minimum requirement - ended up buying it for only a couple bucks less than list. So much for "Or Best Offer". Would have been better off buying it on Amazon; then it would get to me several days faster.
I do appreciate the care put in to packaging it. The book was well protected.
