This is an excellent value. There are so many great movies from A & E on here. I've watched 7 of the 8 so far, and each one is wonderful. Originally bought it for Pride and Prejudice, yet there are other outstanding A & E versions of Lorna Doone, Emma, Ivanhoe, Scarlet Pimpernel and Jane Eyre. These disc do play on our machines, it is not a European version (for the young man making that comment). A & E entertainment uses the best actors around for their mini series. This is an awesome box set. I just purchased another set as a gift. Thank you for making this set available for us.

If your girlfriend loves Downtown Abbey or fan of the Bronte’ sisters or Jane Austen, i highly recommend this collection of movies! I absolutely adored this one! Get one for your own viewing pleasure as well!

Coveted DVD's! Great item to add to your Collection of Classics!
I can't say enough good things about this DVD set. Have you ever turned on the TV and can't find something you want to watch? Have you tried to catch them on PBS and couldn't manage your schedule around their airtime? With this set in your possession you can get your popcorn ready on your free time. This set provides hours of viewing entertainment, and who doesn't find Colin Firth worth watching? Really!! All classic stories in one awesome set. I have been wanting this set for sometime, so when my husband asked what I wanted for my birthday I said, Wrap it up! So I say, this set is mine, now, go get yours! Highly recommend!! For the Romantically inspired people of the world.
