Nice small gel capsules, easy to take. Due to very bad bone issues, I have to take these everyday. As far as knowing if it is a good quality of D3, the average "joe" would not have clue unless it was tested. But it was a good price, nice packaging and will last almost a year. I would purchase these again. Natures Bounty is considered a good Brand.
