Easy to follow step by step assembly pics. Lube points were included. NO adjustment to level bag, so drilled holes so I could make changes to height of rear end of bag. Works good on a small flat yard. The places where my yard wasn't smooth, it either wouldn't pick the leaves up or would dump some of the leaves when the leading edge of the bag hit the ground. I found the rope used to dump was to short as my engine is behind the seat on an articulating mower. It did the job I intended for it to do.The last page of the instructions has a parts list with numbers should I need to order a part. Was short one small part during assembly that was a spacer.

Box not sufficient for shipping, bent part. Hopper bag - poly tarp material. Made in USA of global materials - metric. Overall pretty simple assembly-watching video, not just with instruction book. No missing parts for assembly. Replaced an older Craftsman, very similar, but of better quality. Have not used it yet, really hope my expectations are exceeded.

The only down fall is the instructions which don't help much. Pictures only,...NO words so some was hard to see and some needed a bit more info. I am mechanically inclined so that helped but still took some effort. The product itself is great once I worked out all the bugs from putting it together a few times and making adjustments.
