So far it works great! I've used 3 times on brick,concrete and vinyl siding, it has worked without working me. The adjustable tip works better than expected, it actually holds a pattern. I used it on the wood fence to get ready for water sealer and it was super easy. I would recommend this washer to anyone that has a variety of jobs to do. Plus there is that sense of instant gratification .

Pressure did outstanding at first but within a month the detergent tank stopped working. Later it would randomly loose pressure and would start making a winding noise. I have to constantly turn it off and on and play with the trigger for the pressure to build back up. For the most part I've used it strictly to wash my vehicles, so it has been used lightly. I recommend you save your money and buy something better and not this cheap one

I've used this a total of 6 times. The 7th time I tried to use it to spray off my concrete walkway before a party and the water would not come out of the wand. It turned out the wand itself decided to break. If I adjusted the pressure by twisting the adjuster on the wand water would shoot out sideways from just below the adjuster. I have been searching but haven't been able to find a replacement wand yet....

I was reluctant to buy an electric power washer, but I'm very pleased with this one. It was easy to assemble and is also easy to use. It has a lot of power and cleaned our composite deck just as good as the gas machine I borrowed from my neighbor last year.
