In my case it didn't work out too well as the receivers had to be in a separate room which was wire lath and plaster. The lower frequency of the unit (I currently have very high frequency units that penetrate the wall) did not give me the range I wanted. You might want to let buyers know that the higher frequency units have greater range (also cost a lot more). But I will use the unit in another application so it worked out. Thanks.

After using the PDWM 2100 and satisfied with sound quality, I thought I would try the 2130, mainly becaust the shape of the microphone was round, like a normal mic, not thinking there would me much change in the decent sound quality as the 2100, boy was I wrong. If you have children and the have one of those microphones they talk in and it "echos" their voice, that sounds great compared to this microphone set. Never in a million years did I think the sound quality of this unit was like burried in 50 ft of mudd in the middle of a tunnel. My advice, go with a Rockville Microphone, and stay as far away from this piece of garbage as possible

Very easy to overdrive these mics, don't plan on using them in a loud environment. General karaoke use is fine. Decent price, but you get what you pay for.

I thought the sound quality would be better but they were very inexpensive so I guess I shouldn't expect too much
