Robert Kiyosaki is a wonderful author and teacher who has been able to bring hard to understand information to the public. His writing style is easy, fun and educational, Not only are you able to learn principles not taught in school, the material is implementable to all. Having had the pleasure of reading most of Kiyosaki, especially Rich Dad, Poor Dad and Cash Flow Quadrant this was one of the books that peaked my interest. I must say, hands down, one of the best books I've ever read and would recommend this book to everyone. You laugh, you cry and then realize that you're learning. A big thumbs up!
A good read for those just getting started as an investor. The book offers enlightenment and encouragement, as well as advice for investing your money in the right kinds of investments that serve your cash flow goals. In my experience as an investor/mentor of 10 years these skills are some of the most basic for making it on your own, and getting out of the rat race.
I really enjoy his books so far but do not agree about his views on SS and Medicare. Germany and many other countries have SS and Health Care. I have purchased about seven of his books. What a great mind he has to write so well. Get them all. Would like to get the CashFlow Game next at low dollars.
An excellent book for understanding that getting rich is about habits and mindsets of investing and not about having money to start. Their is a reason why so many lottery winners wind up filing for bankruptcy within 10 years of winning the lottery. The most important part of gettign rich is getting a good solid education about how money works or you will never be rich, or it will be fleeting and short lived when it happens.
This book gives insight into what happens in the financial world when money just seems to disappear. Hidden fees, bad investments, winners and losers. A book well worth reading makes you aware of the pitfalls of investing money.
