This is the extended version. Get the movie! "Who's That Girl" was the first soundtrack album by pop singer Madonna, released on July 21, 1987 by Sire Records. It was compiled to accompany the motion picture, "Who's That Girl", in which she also starred. The movie , which I enjoyed very much, was released in the summer of 1987 - it was a commercial flop. However, the soundtrack was a major success, being certified Gold & Platinum in the U.S on Jul 29, 1987, denoting 1 million shipments & selling in excess of 5 million copies worldwide. If you like the Madonna sound, I recommend both the movie - very funny - and the soundtrack - great tunes! Madonna later performed "Who's That Girl", "Causing a Commotion" and "The Look of Love" on her 1987 Who's That Girl Tour.
