CD sounded good, however I understand that a remastered version has been distributed since its initial 1985 release (not sure whether distribution was purely digital or extended to a CD release though). I would have liked a remastered version, as the difference on the opening track in particular is noticeable when listening to it on Spotify, however these OSTs in whatever iteration appear to be pretty elusive so I'm just grateful I now own a CD soundtrack of the movie at all!
