This album is the typical Kenny Loggins from the 80s. It has some great songs (two of which made his Greatest Hits) and the rest is enjoyable to listen to as well. I would give this 4 1/2 stars out of five, as it is not his best album, but is still a must have for any Kenny Loggins fan. My favorite songs are "Swear Your Love", and "Don't Fight It". I would definately recommend it.
Kenny Loggins has always had a spotty record when it comes to full album/cd releases. He has some really strong singles and individual efforts, but he hit a homerun with "High Adventure". The singles from this effort, "Don't Fight It" a duet with Steve Perry of Journey, "Heartlight", and "Heart To Heart" got plenty of airplay and landed in the top 40, but there's not a bad song on this cd. "Swear Your Love" is a rocker that should have made it to the radio and "I Gotta Try" was made popular by Michael McDonald. Loggins is best known for his hits, but there's not a bad song on this cd.
