    seventh heaven

    welcome to hell this will never calm my stress it caused me MORE... this is the pits... any one expecting help with calming stress,anxiety,and panic attacks-meditation get help from a doctor first I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS C D. I THINK THIS C D COULD BE AND IS HARMFUL.

    Refreshing mind and providing peace in soul

    This is a very soothing music with bird singing as background. As my wife is currently depressed, I encourage her to walk in the forest to get fresh air together with listling lively bird singing to cheer her up. Playing this CD in the early morning and late evening seems to be ideal to refresh her mind and provide peace in soul, as it creates fresh and calm together with cheerful bird singing atmosphere in the forest. I think this is one of the best therapies available to cope with today's busy and stressful life.
