must agree with the previous reviewer... personally liked their sophomore effort best ("Straight Line Through Time"), but this is also a gem from literally one of the greatest bands ever to come out of los angeles and possibly the best live group, period. they were the real deal. unfortunately, i think they were on MCA records, which only gave further creedance to the moniker: Music Cemetary of America. sad. but at least we have their records. incredible songs - and genuine originality. production is too heavy for my tastes, but nothing can hide the excellence and importance of this fantastic band.
This is one of my all time favorite cd's now out of print. This band is great and just did not get proper representation to make it big together. They have all since gone on to do big and better projects apart. But sadly, I wish I could have seen them perform and never did. This cd has a real rockin' feel and vast originality. These guys are really accomplished musicians. If you really like old school rock and appreciate musicians who are JUST PLAIN TALENTED, this is a cd for your personal collection. Get it if you can.
