As a long time P.E. fan I wanted to complete my collection of them on my ipod. This particular album was for partial sale on itunes, so I resorted to ebay. Apocalypse '91 is a great album with great studio production, and great lyrical content (sometimes a tad angry, but it is what it is). In my opinion I think that this album should be a hip-hop classic, with it's infectious grooves, along with a couple of their other albums. Listening to this album in 2007 took me back to many fond memories from when I first purchased this album in 1994. This is the second time I bought this album with no regrets.
It's Flavor Flav, Chuck D, and Terminator X at their prime... what else needs to be said? This album is filled with hard grooves, 90's angst, cool sound effects, and smooth lyrics. I can't help but wonder how Flavor Flav once made albums this great and later dated Brigette Nielsen. WTF?
I really liked this cd. It was well worth the purchase for someone who enjoys rap. I wasn't sure at first if Flavor Flav would be any good, but I'm pretty impressed. It's a good one to add to your collection!
this is easily one of the best albums of the early 1990's. every track is a classic. this is the fourth time ive bought this particular album.
This is old-school music made in the era of Yo MTV Raps. This is one of the original groups that founde rap music.
