This album is very special! before 1989-90 this California band was known as White Sister; they wrote two wonderful AOR albums in the mid-80's but in '91 they produced, in association with great Paul Sabu, an album that manifested all their Southern Rock passion: it's American melodic rock at its best but with a little rootsy flavour in it. Perfect disc from the first to the last song. P.S.: Unfortunally some time ago their drummer died, so to buy this album is a devotion's act towards him and his fantastic music. R.I.P..
This is one of my favorite discs from the early nineties. It has all the hard guitars and soaring vocals that marked eighties Metal/Hard Rock, with a great bluesy feel that you don't often find. Hard to come by, but worth the effort. Their second effort, Skin, is also very worthy of a place in your collection. Craig Nelson
