    One my favorite cd had record since 1980s still do today. I wear out so many cds though years. Why I buy another one. Have self nice day. I am Styx Fan since 1980s my old school days.

    A concept album that truly delivers the hits...

    In the era of the late 70's, hard rock bands with thoughtful lyrics, synthesizers and other unusual accompanying instruments, and concept albums emerged amonst the plethora of straight-ahead groups in the rock world. None of these artsy acts was more talented (or more successful) than STYX. Started in Chicago by flamboyant lead singer Dennis DeYoung (who would one day sing on Broadway) and the percussion Panozzo brothers, adding in lead guitarist James Young soon after, the band flirted with success with their single, "Lady" - but it wasn't until singer/songwriter/guitarist Tommy Shaw came on board that the band burnt up the charts with 4 multi-platinum albums in a row (bet you didn't know that!) Paradise Theater, sandwiched between the more famous concept ...

    Paradise Says it All

    The best song on the Album is Rockin' the Paradise. It alone rates this album 5 stars. You also get the two hit songs, The Best of Times and Too Much Time on my Hands, both are still playing on the radio. The rest of the songs are very good.

    You will not regret owning this album, you may even wear it out.

    One of my favorite. Bought the vinyl when it first came out. Soulful music with that roaring Chicago sound. Upbeat and uplifting with high energy. These songs tell stories and give you that "feel good" melancholy mood. I have worn out Styx albums. Needed the CD to "Keep rocking the Paradise" an expression of our culture where grand things grow old and even cease to exist. Rather than mourn our loss, Styx shows us to celebrate what we had and rejoice in what we have now and in the future. Let us remember...these are the "Best of times"

    AWESOME Styx Album!!!!

    I love the songs on this album. I had never heard it before and a friend wanted the album. Said he had looked every where for it. Well I knew except Ebay or he would have it. So as a suprise I got it for him and to my great suprise I discovered I love it. It is one of the best Styx albums out there. My friend is right about that and now i know too. The songs I feel are so much better than on other albums, not that those are not good. There is Nothing I dislike aboutit. A real listening pleasure!!!!
