A must have CD for vintage rock n rollers!!
This CD has the early rock and rollers of the '70s that "all most made it". Opening for some of the biggest names in the buisness, things just never came full circle for these guys. The guys on this CD finally slit in the late '70s and numerous great musicians came and went. On this CD features Eric Moore formally from Capital City Rockets band. Eric still does his thing and can check them out @ http://www.thegodz.net . Mark Chatfield is an awesome guitarist. He has played his heart out all his life, after leaving the GODZ he played for numerous high profile bands/artists. Most of '80s into '90s was with Bob Segers band. Glen Cataline is now working in high places at a major national bank. Bob Hill is a major "Anarcho-Capitalist" living in Texas. Most of this history I have gotten off the Godz website. THE GODZ OF ROCK AND ROLL
THIS CD IS FROM 1 KICK ASS BAND - MY BROTHER SAW THESE GUYS IN THE EARLY 90'S AT THE CLARE COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS,MICHIGAN AND WAS BLOWN BACK BY THE PERFORMANCE. THE SHOW WAS SMALL AND HE GOT TO PARTY WITH THE BAND AFTERWARDS, I HAD TO CHECK THESE GUYS OUT AFTER I HEARD ABOUT THE SHOW. SO MY BROTHER PUT ON SOME MUSIC FROM THESE GUYS FROM AN LP AND I WAS LIKE....WOW....KICKASS.....I'VE BEEN A FAN OF THE GODZ EVER SINCE,AND THIS IS A NEW CD THAT I'VE HEARD OF BEFORE BUT ONLY RECENTLY PURCHASED,AND TO ALL WHO HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS BAND - CHECK THEM OUT - AND UNTIL NEXT TIME - "GOTTA KEEP A RUNNIN"

Any true Godz fan will be delighted to have this CD in their collection. All the songs rock! I don't usually care for "live" music, but I love the Godz and bought this CD anyway. I was pleased with the energy of the music; great live recording!
