Whoever in the design department at the publisher approved this should be moved to a different department. Not only does the pale orange print not lend itself to being read, the size of the type in the ingredient portion of the recipe is nor sufficient for most to see. An eight-point type?? Indeed. If the publishers were worried about copying, their copyright and immense size of the book should protect them. I had difficulty getting to the recipes to use them--the few that I tried were excellent. It is a shame I had to wait for my nephew to come home from school to read them to me. Hensperger's 300 recipe book is much the better setup.

There is a great selection of breads in this book, and all the ones I've tried work well. My only complaint is the orange typeface. Difficult to read since it's tiny and pale in color, so it often gets "lost" on the page. Aside from that, I'd recommend the book. It's a good value for its price.

So many great recipes in this book. So far, I’ve tried three and I loved them all.

This is an excellent book written in language to be understood by a non baker. Every recipe I have tried so far has exceeded my expectations and been absolutely delicious. I highly recomend this book, especially for anyone with a bread machine sitting gathering dust on a shelf like mine was.
