I can't tell it's not brand new! Looks to be in perfect condition, everything works perfectly. This was listed as refurbished, but it looks absolutely new. No scratches or dents. All the functions work flawlessly. I was pleased to be able to find such a nice iPod Nano. Apple stopped making these in 2017, but I love the compact size and ease of use. The Nano has only 16 GB of storage space, but that works fine for me.
