I bought this as a christmas present to replace a stolen one .It is immaculate as stated and overall is as new . We like the ipod nano due to it's size .It fits in my waterproof case and you can scroll to any track etc even in the pool. It does not have the same features as my touch but for travelling and holidays it is perfect. Love it.
Sounds great.

Stirdy; bright display; works with 'pound-shop' chargers and cables. The controls are simple to use: that is why I bought it. It does not seem to have the functionality of the later ipods (eg, you do not seem to be able to have a thumbnail preview of album covers), but the navigation to songs and artists is simple and clear: the dial responds well. I've used SharePod as an alternative to itunes and the ipod is recognised. To get the most out of this device, you need to manage the 'tag' data that accompanies the audio files. I paid 30 quid for this (used) and think that is a just price, would probably not pay more.
i decided to buy the ipod nana 2nd generation as the it is red which is rare for that particular model band my boyfriends birthday was coming up so i thought it would be a perfect gift
Nice starter iPod for autistic son who couldn't cope with the more up-to-date version (and less likely to get nicked!) Also this is the model I know how to operate, so I could show him!
