Is a excellent product, I love the rotating reel, easy to crank but the corners where the pan meets the frame is rusting after three day. The rotary water coupling appears to be of good quality.

Pros: Looks very nice. Good functionality. Cons: Material quality. Handle wobbles when rolling hose. Seems Hose rubs on hook which attaches reel to mount which will eventually cause a problem in the hose. Overall this is looks/function over materials and quality. I wouldn't recommend. Pay the higher initial cost with another hose reel but get better performance, quality and longevity in the long run which will save you money over time.

This Hose Reel setup is one of the nicest I've ever seen. It is very well made. It comes with everything you need to assemble it! Assembly is quick and easy. The design is excellent! You can lock it in any position or let it swivel feely. It rolls up 125 feet of hose easily. I was so impressed with it that I bought another one for my backyard! Well worth the money!
