This small paring knife, made by Victorinox of the Swiss Army knives, is my favorite ever kitchen knife. Inexpensive, it outdoes many other much more costly knives; it is my go-to for everything kitchen. It can cut anything a plain paring knife will cut and everything a serrated kitchen knife will cut. Our longtime kitchen paring knife broke and we tried a couple more with disapointing results. I think it was Cooks Country that did a review of paring knives and this one took top honors and with good reason. This knife is small, deceptively lightweight and incredibly sharp. Using this knife makes me feel like a brain surgeon, but my sweet wife won't let me use the kitchen very often because she loves to cook and I finally found just the right paring knife to make her happy. For this low price, you at least need to try it and then I think you will be hooked like we are.
