I has seen a few spots on tv and online about this show. After watching the first season, I couldn't get the others quick enough. Very engrossing series and all of the characters are fantastic. I can not recommend this series highly enough. Please give it a try, you'll be glad you did

I am sad to say the DVD's in the sets I purchased were defective and that was on two different orders. I have lost faith in purchases of DVD series on eBay due to this. Upsetting when in the middle of movies they skip or do not load at all. It was/is not my DVD player ...that is for sure. I did receive full refunds for the eBay purchase, can't complain about that. But won't buy again. Have had not such good luck with the DVD sets. :(

Not quite as riveting and suspenseful as the 1st two seasons. The saga of Brody and also Carrie were good but seemed kind of long and drawn out as if they needed to fill more time. Still great acting and a great supporting cast. It was nice the 1st two seasons to have so many different situations --the Brody family and kids--the jilted lover--the affair between Carrie and Brody--and of course the suspense of the terror plot is hard to match--still I love all the characters and always get a great deal on the prices on e-bay---the same 3rd season is 29.00 at best buy and got it here for 12.00--ebay rocks!!!!
I have season 1-5, just order season 6. I have been binge watching. Claire Danes is very convincing in her role of a CIA spy. Her acting is amazing, the other actors hold your attention, the plots captivate you. A great balance of intrigue, action, violence and a little sex thrown in.
