Looks like a good unit compact very affordable. Just hope it holds up like my last one time will tell haven’t got it installed yet but working on it now. Came pretty quick in shipping  and only downside to it, they didn’t have the air quest name on air handler or the condenser that doesn’t really bother me long as it does what it supposed to do I’ll be happy good seller, good purchase I think so far

(The electric air handlers typically don't have them but the condenser should.) We do carry extra badges just for this reason however! Furnace, evaporator and condenser were all as described. Furnace is installed and operating flawlessly. Excellent pricing and quick shipping. Although advertised as “open box”, there was no indication the equipment had been opened or damaged in any way. The condenser was manufactured in 2022 and has a SEER 1 rating, thus the discounted price and the northern only states requirement. Although manufactured by International Comfort Products, equipment is tagged ACiQ. Would buy again if needed.

Greatest service! These guys helped schedule the delivery around my availability, and it was dropped off by lift gate in my garage. Superb packing. A crate inside a box wrapped in plastic. Not one mark on anything, perfect condition. The people who packed this deserve a pat on the back. I had a small issue with a handle on the stove and they responded immediately to get me a part to fix it. GREAT seller, I highly reccomend.
