Great product for extended relief, however it can tend to make you sleepy when you first take it. I recommend a half-dose at night, and working up from there. Has definitely provided sinus relief for someone that suffers year-round sinus and allergies!

I take it at night for my allergies. I used to take it in the morning and then I saw the commercial saying to take it at bedtime. I now do that and find that whether it is this med or Zyrtec it works better controlling my allergies when taken at bedtime.
