Bought this for my girl friend. She loves the way it makes her skin feel, had no immediate effect for pain, but the cream said it would take a few days of consecutive use. Have intense arthritis pain for my knees and AD did not help at all. I have better results with Aspercreme, plus many supplements, and will stay with them. Also, didn't realize that emu birds are killed/harvested for oil for medicinals such as this, which as a bird lover I do not appreciate. But again, AD does not work for me. Would NOT buy again, would NOT recommend. (Have tried many ointments: AD does not work, Bengay is not effective, CBD cremes make pain worse.) I keep trying alternatives in search of relief.
