The engine on the Kohler K91 has a retractable starter ignition, which can make it easy to get it going at any time of day. Built-in cooling fins on the Kohler K91 can not only make operation quieter, but also cooler than previous models. The 4000 RPM power rating can drive enough force for a large yard and even for a yard with a garden. Weighing in at only 43 lbs., the engine on the Kohler K91 is fully shrouded to protect the intake from dust and debris as you use the mower. The fuel for this lawnmower is regular gasoline, which means there is no need for an oil mixture and Kohler has used engines that are completely air-cooled, which can make this an efficient piece of equipment. Kohler recommends using a fuel container with a capacity of two gallons or less of gasoline, which can be easy to handle and can eliminate spillage during refueling. For safety, do not fill the fuel tank while the K91 engine is hot or running, since spilled fuel could ignite, if it comes in contact with hot parts or sparks from ignition. After 30 odd years it still works
I dont know why they want a review on a 30+ year old product. It works. It has withstood the test of time. Good luck finding another one that works. It took me a long time to find this one.
