I was replacing a 38 year old Norelco rotary. This was a relatively expensive shaver at that time, but it gave very good results for nearly four decades. This Remington shaver had excellent rating but the low price made me dubious. This shaver is very light and quiet as well, most components with the exception of the shaving surface are plastic but it gives very good results. Weather it holds up over time remains to be seen. If it lasts for 5-6 years I will consider it a good value.

While it's a Cheap Razor, it does work well enough, although it takes TWICE as long to shave, and pressing it harder into your face works better. When cleaning the Blade Heads REMEMBER to just BLOW on them. After 5 months with a $50 Razor the heads came completely OUT of the shaver when I brushed too hard! So, kid gloves, Guys, and it will last longer.

Shaves better than foil type. Can cut longer whiskers. Is cord type so has to be plugged in to work.

Good product. Would be nice if the extended shaver would stay out firmly when using it, but overall is a good product and very happy considering the price.

Hey, I ordered the razor because the price was right. It runs slower than my old razor and is quiet. First time I used it, I thought this ain't gona get it, BUT to my surprise it shaved me really well. Just a might slower than I am used to, but good job. I am used to it now and really like it. I will recommend it 100%. Great value for the pirce.
