I had high hopes for this music to help me get to sleep because the one review I read said it helped them. And the Dr. in front of the name Jeffrey Thompson's name impressed me. It says this music was clinically tested and proven to make you sleep and wake up feeling rested. I do not know how true that is as I found the sound level to be very irritating. It stays on one note and never changes. It was very unpleasant. Enough so that I felt a strong urge to turn it off and that is what I did. We can not judge music by what others think and like. Music is like food not everyone likes and eats the same or perfume that smells great to one person might smell awful to another. I suggest buying used music you have never heard before in case you do not like it you have not wasted your money.

I decided to buy it because I have bought a ton of Dr. Jeffrey Thompson's cd's and have not found one I did not like. I wanted to add this to my collection and it was a good choice. This is an awesome cd. I put my player on repeat so it plays all night and I get the most sound sleep with the best dreams when I listen to this cd. I highly recommend it, along with many other cd's from Dr. Thompson!
The "brain pulse" intended to put one to sleep is so loud compared to the music that it's more annoying than helpful.
