    Trusting God By: Jerry Bridges

    Trusting God by Jerry Bridges is one of the best books I have ever read on trusting God during difficult times. The author uses Scripture to back up all of the reasons listed for trusting God (Exapmle: God is Sovereign) the author also uses his life experiences and the life experiences of others to establish to the reader the blessings that follow those that trust the Lord. A wonderful book! Lord willing I look forward to reading it again.

    Trusting God

    Trusting God is an amazing book. It is one of the most life changing books I have ever read. I come from a family of worriers and this book helped show me what a loving Father I have in Heaven and how He truly does have everything under control, no matter what I looks like to my earthly eyes. Not only does He have everything under control, but He has a perfect plan for our lives and is unfolding it each and every day. We truly can trust His plan and will for our lives. This book will help you see what an amazing, loving, caring, all powerful God we have. :)

    Understanding the "Soverignty" of God...

    If you have any questions about God,.. Read this book! If you question God's roll in your life... Read this book ! If you question God's "activity" in your everyday life. Read this book... Is God in "control" of every "even small" detail?, You will know... This book is for every stage of your life, even when things are going great... If you truly want to understand more about God, this book can change your life.. If you are truly seeking a better understand of the sovereignty of God.. this is your book.... This has to be one of my top 5 books every read.

    God will make lemonade out of lemons....

    I was not in total agreement with the author's stand or his theology. He feels that EVERYTHING that happens to us is because God ordained it to be that way. To me, that is puppetry, and I think God does not choose that kind of control. However, I still think it is a good book because there are many Biblical truths in it. I think this book appeals more to a fundamentalist Christian than to a Christian who feels there is more mystery to God than we can possibly know.

    How to learn to trust God

    This is my favorite book by Jerry Bridges. It has helped me tremendously when facing the extremely hard challenges I have had to face. I highly recommend this book; it will guide you to a point where you can fully trust in God's sovereign plan for your life.
