This one is more than a bit dark but as always, masterfully written.

One of his earliest works, and dare-I-Say one of his best. Written as an autobiography of an American Spy/Nazi Propagandist who is on trial for his crimes against the Jews in Israel, he is told to write his memoirs. So thus, Howard W. Campbell does. It is pure dark-humor/satire/Vonnegut at its very best. An enjoyable read from page 1 to page 192. A definite must read for everyone. I greatly recommend this novel for everyone!
I absolutely love this novel. I personally think that it is Vonnegut's favorite novel. Perfect for any reader who is interested in WWII. Gives a very interesting perspective on Nazi soldiers and american soldiers combined. Wonderful... A+++++ and 5 stars!!!!
Another good book by Vonnegut that is based in WWII. A satire of an American spy that is so good at his job that he actually strengthens the Nazi's position. Very enjoyable.
