This is a neat book with some creative ideas, however I feel the teacher or parent would end up doing the bulk of the work in these projects, as they are a bit tricky. It might also be difficult to find all of the materials needed. This book is geared more towards grades K-2. Instead of this book, I would recommend a book called "Math Art Projects and Activities" by Carolyn Ford Brunetto. The ideas in that book are a bit simpler and kid-friendly, and the materials needed are easier to find. The products are suited toward a wider age range (I'd say grades 1-5)as well.
A little outdated material, but still a good reference with good ideas. It has good ideas for manipulatives for Pre-K level students.
Cute ideas that can be used in any primary class room! All of the ideas are simple to make and uses inexpensive materials.
