Purchased these books and bear for a two year old who is discovering "Courdaboy". Her delight lit up the room and she held the bear as she looked through her books. The small board books are perfect for toddlers. Brings back memories of reading these same books to my grands.

I purchased this item for my 2 year old granddaughter. For me, there is nothing better than reading a book to the little ones and encouraging the use of their imagination. I purchased the same exact set for another granddaughter for Christmas in 2009. She loved having the little bear sit next to her while they were going through the pages of the story. I avoid most of the "interactive electronic" books on the market, simply because they don't give the child the same freedom of self expression that a regular book allows.
I love the board books because it shows after when they found Corduroy's button and took it out of the storm drain and put Corduroy's button back on Corduroy The Bear's overalls and that Corduroy The Bear does have two buttons on his overalls this year and forever. And I am also going to write and produce new episodes of Corduroy The Bear at Nelvana showing how they did get the button out of the storm drain and put the button back on Corduroy The Bear's overalls and that Corduroy The Bear does have two buttons on his overalls this year and forever.

I got this set to give as a gift for a baby shower. The box that the set comes in was ripped in two spots right on the front, looking very shabby and tacky. The corners on three sides are squished in and damages. It doesn't either look new, even though I was told it was, or it was stored very carelessly, as it was shipped with more than enough extra paper to pad and protect it. Really disappointed, and will not be ordering from here again. Would not reccomend it.
