This Rockwell saw is very easy to set up and move place to place. I am able to pack up and move it in my SUV and it is not very heavy. I wanted to be able to cut large pieces and the fence goes out to 30" so you can cut 8x4 in half. I made my own extension with wheels so I can handle cutting 8' pieces without them falling on the floor or pulling the boards out of your hand. The saw seems to cut very accurately if you can hold down the pieces. The weakest component is the movable fence. It is just to weak to handle large pieces. When you slide large pieces, the fence is not capable of holding that perfect 90 degree cut. The right fence is very strong and locks down tight holding the edge very straight. Laser is a bit weak as I was cutting outdoors in the sun. I am very pleased with the saw and will just replace the left fence with a stronger, larger fence that will have the built on hold down clamp.Read full review

Let me start by saying that this review has no reflection on the seller only on the product itself. With that being said, the title says it all. The worst $109 I have ever spent. It's hard to know where to even begin because there are really no Pros to this saw. 80% plastic, handle broke on first use, no instruction manual, holes drilled into the housing and then packaged up as a new item. I'm trying to think of something positive to say about this saw and I just can't think of anything. The safety cover is a safety issue so it was immediately removed. Screw stripped out, things weren't tight, miter sucks, fence sucks, everything about this saw sucks.

I got this saw for my small shop, I had to downsize from a Delta unisaw. (We moved) Good point the fence is parallel to blade out of box and locks down very good. Miter gauge is junk. Did not use saw blade it came with, put on one of nice Freud blades. Enough power to cut red oak. Only part of the saw dust falls in to bag. Needs zero clearance insert. I put 4" blue masking tape over whole area, I do this on all my saws, helps keep saw dust out of the face. I have a Dubby sled for making segments to do bowls. That took care of the miter gauge problem,. I like the table extensions. The pull out to cut longer pieces is great. Blade is at 90 degrees and will be use for straight cuts only and in my case that's all I need. I can lay pieces to one side, I like that. Nose level is ok. Very little table vibration. I wear dust mask, face shield and ear muffs at all times in my operations. Bottom line, I would buy again. I hope it lasts , using many times a week.Read full review

I absolutely love this saw. I have been doing heavy remodeling of my house for almost 2 years and this saw has been a lifesaver! Plenty of power and the fact that it cuts all of the way through 4x4's is worth the price. On top of that it also has alot of extra features that make it a great saw for anyone. Shipping was fast!

Works great. Good design. Laser portion is cheaply made and unusable. Tried to put batteries in it but one of the prongs was already falling apart due to being cheaply made. Hopefully the saw portion continues to be strong and capable.
