Energy Medicine Kit
This is a great resource for anyone interested in healing or maintaining an optimum body. The CD is a great way to do the exercises. Donna's voice is very soothing and actually put me into a deep sleep-which is hard to do. The DVD is a taping of a session with Donna Eden with audience participation. She shows many of her exercises by demonstrating on her audience. You see "befores" and "afters". People who are weak in certain areas are muscle tested and then shown what exercise to do to be stronger. The exercises have helped me, and I have just started doing them. I can't say enough good things about Energy Medicine. I think the kit is great because you are not only reading but seeing and hearing as well. The cards are helpful for reminders too! Buy it! It is a wonderful tool in understanding your body and its healing power. Energy Medicine is something you can do for yourself.Read full review

I would highly recommend this kit as a quick start into energy medicine. I have Donna Eden's book, Energy Medicine, but this kit takes you right to some exercises you can do now. There is a five minute energy routine that can easily be added to your daily grooming that will enhance every area of your life and health. There is a companion guidebook and a DVD to illustrate the methods. This would make a great gift.

This kit is essential for healers and those dealing with negative energies in their life. I cannot even believe what a difference I feel after performing just some of the DVD exercises. Thank you Donna Eden for making this kit!
